Sad end of year, loss of Bryde's whale "Mae Pa Fan", expected

The National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) has revealed the autopsy results of the body of "Mae Pa Fan", a Bryde's whale that died in the Chumphon Sea. It was found that the body was thin and its internal organs had decomposed to the point where it was impossible to identify any abnormalities. It is believed that the victim died from an illness.
Ms. Natthawadi Bantiwiwatkul, Director of the Marine and Coastal Resources Research Center of the Central Gulf of Thailand (MARC), revealed that on December 29, 2024, MARC was notified by the rescue unit of the Phutthapradeep Lang Suan Association that Mr. Wirach Chan, a local resident, found a whale carcass floating in front of Bang Yi Beach, Village No. 4, Bang Nam Chuet Subdistrict, Lang Suan District, Chumphon Province. สล็อต
